Remote Assistance
• Hourly Rate: $25.00
• Minimum Charge: $15.00
• Time and availability: Weekday evenings & Weekends

On-Site Support
• Hourly Rate: $40.00
• Minimum Charge: $20.00 (half hour)
• Time and availability: Weekday evenings & Weekends
• Coverage Area: Northern Dallas, Southern Collin and Southeastern Denton counties

PC and Laptop Dropoffs
• Hourly Rate: $40.00 (does not include parts or software required)
• Minimum Charge: $25.00 (diagnostics)
• Time and availability: Weekday evenings & Weekends
• PCs and Laptops can be shipped or dropped off at my business address after prior arrangements. Contact will be made should any repair or fix be required outside of what is originally discussed.
  Note: If shipped, return shipping charges will be included in final invoice.
